Today’s Tarot: The Page of Swords

The suit of swords, to me, is all about intellect, action, change, and conflict. It’s associated with the element of air — ubiquitous and in constant motion. The Page of Swords is representative of new ideas and that rush of heady excitement as you explore them.

The page stands on a bit of a hill, able to survey a bit of the green landscape about him, as a cloudscape is moved through the winds behind him, and he looks in the direction of the wind. He stands alone.

Sometimes, readers say this card indicates a younger person with darker hair, or that a message is coming. My own notes say ‘Message that alerts you to the truth.’ What truth do you need to bring into your life? The Page of Wands came up pretty often in the weeks leading up to my genetic test results that revealed I wasn’t a member of the family that raised me.

What message would lead you to a greater truth?
